The dormitories are spartan.  Students have hardly anything by way of possessions, and live four to a room (or two to a room in the senior years).  Some rooms contain beds with mosquito nets, but many students just sleep on a mat on the floor.  This does nothing to diminish the general enthusiasm and welcome that everybody exhibits all the time.
